Can't access my download/purchase after paying with PayPal - "You have requested an invalid product download. Please try again."

Issue: Customer pays with PayPal and is taken back to the Get Organized Wizard site but can't access their download, instead getting an error such as: "You have requested an invalid product download. Please try again."

Problem: This is due to a delay in the Get Organized Wizard store receiving the payment confirmation notification from PayPal. It is rare, but can occur during particularly busy times.

Resolution: The payment notification comes a little later and your order is automatically updated. You then receive another email confirming that the order is now available for download. This is usually within a few minutes but can take longer in some cases.

Timeframe: Usually fixed within a few minutes, but can sometimes take a few hours (very rare). If you have not received your updated download confirmation within an hour or two please contact Get Organized Wizard Customer Support at helpdesk@getorganizedwizard.com
